The ToDo list is your universal mailbox. This is your virtual desk and the only area where you can get your work done within brand's mill.
Operations are subject to defined rules of procedure. You are always asked in the process to make your contribution, if you get them in the ToDo list. Here you do the daily work.
The search is made for the loaded processes. A new search with the magnifying glass jumps to the next hit.
A preceded small p: looks for the following postcode. e.g. p: 3 searches in the postal code area 3 / p: 3,4 searches in the postal code area 3 and 4 / p: 34 searches in the postcode with 34 and so on.
A preceded small c: looks only in places, n: looks only in the name and an o: looks only in the organization.
You can filter ToDo's by transaction type (for example, all leads). You can limit by period, contact and contact group.
The view on "received" and "due" does not contain the documents of the "resubmission".
About the "reload" new ToDo's read or carried out the current search setting.
The date of receipt "received" for the procedure and the client on the left and you or the list of agents. Names are shown to the participants. Your shortcut is shown by the symbol (you). If the sender is the workflow engine, a cloud appears (service)
Reserve: As soon as you open a transaction, it will be reserved for you. The reserved operation is removed from the mailbox of all other recipients. In the case of concurrent access, an indication of a reservation is given.
Unlock: Once you have processed and closed an activity, the personal reservation is canceled.
The activity column shows the subject and some details.
Process Icon: One click opens the process directly. Otherwise, a double-click is required in the line to open the process. Trick: if you hold "CTRL", all similar operations are opened with the click.
By pinning you manage to collect a selection of processes on the pin board.
filing to activity: opens the documents assigned to the current activity
The most important actions available here are
Print the process (print, PDF (Cloud Print))
Open the PDF for the process to preview and download or print (open, PDF)
Make a copy by e.g. to submit an offer in a new version for revision. The process number is removed and the process is set to the first step (create a copy)

This contains actions: - calling the business card - displaying the call history - link to the website - Google Maps calling to the address - displaying the organizational structure - starting a call, an e-mail and a new contact process
The sorting of ToDo's after due date, also tasks backlog or backlog.
This is the date on which the current work step is "due". The process should have left by then your task lists by completion.

The service organizes this each time at 3 o'clock at night and puts then all procedures back in the ToDo, if you should start for this day for processing "resubmission".
All tasks that you forward appear here. Here you keep the overview that nothing that is delegated remains lying.

requires brand's mill enterprise edition:
reserve (reserves the operations and takes them out of the ToDo of others)
print ... (prints the process to the "preferred printer")
Reject tasks (removes your responsibility, unless you are the only recipient)
Forward tasks (allows forwarding multiple tasks, for example, to a functional post office or successor)
Completed tasks (starts at the very first and offers corresponding decisions for the work step.) This is only carried out on processes in the same work step).
Contact group add... You assign the contacts of the selected items to a contact group.
Work step ... Allows the "Business Process Designer" to take a "work step"
Under "Received" and "Due" you will find your current ToDo's. You are responsible for them now. Receive corresponds to the date of delivery. The desired date is due for processing and should be done. Due also shows events that should be done in the future. You should take care of it from the entrance if necessary. You can then put the process itself on resubmission. So he would first disappear from the current ToDo's.
The "follow up" is a preview of the tasks assigned to you. For these you are responsible in the future "so it is planned". You can open them and prefer their editing.
Under "delegated" you will find all ToDo's that you have personally assigned via "forward". The Workflow Engine can also automatically enter you as the contractor. because you supervise all leads as sales manager.
The sorting under Delegated shows after the receiver and then by maturity. It is a bit difficult to see when processes are assigned to more than one person.
