To check the status of your shipment, you will need the following three pieces of information:
Your Identification Number (Customer or Supplier Number)
Please enter your number in the correct format:
As a Supplier: Place an S in front of your number (Example: S70000).
As a Customer: Place a C in front of your number (Example: C12345).
2. Your Password
Please use the password provided to you by your central warehouse.
3. Reference Number
Enter the reference number for the delivery you wish to track.
After a successful query, you will see the current status.
Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive the following information:
The designated shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS)
The Tracking Number
If applicable, a direct link to view the status on the carrier's website.
