Google allows you to set up an identity independent of your personal Google Account.
So you can sign up via your company email at brand's mill even if you do not yet use G Suite (with G Suite you already have a matching account).
Here you can set up a Google Konto and note the following: for the e-mail with your own domain in the account creation "instead use my current e-mail address" activate.

With this Google account, you then sign in to Google Chrome.
For signing up for brand's mill, Google is your "identity provider". This "provider" ensures STATE OF THE ART security. This allows you to use various services via an identity on the Web, without the services require another password.
