Google Contacts are periodically synced when the contact view is opened or after the refresh button is clicked. If you hold down CTRL, the synchronization will be executed directly (you will find more in the menu to the view) So that your contacts from Google can be read in you must activate in your personal profile the G Suite access.
With access sharing, your connection to Google Contacts is active. All contacts from Google with a possible restriction to one group will be synchronized. Existing contacts are identified and updated via an ID.
If the contact group from brand's mill is not stored as a Google Contact label, the label will be created
Google Contacts rejects unnamed contacts
It is practical to organize the exchange of personal addresses via your Google contacts. From the Google contacts, you can read contacts as described above in the brand's mill service but also, for example. synchronize with your smartphone.

To make the import easy you should fill a table above this template: (You can copy this Google spreadsheet: Contact-Import)
If the address number "Number" is not specified (e.g. only the company "Company" is imported) then no address number "Number" is assigned. A repetition always creates new product entries!
A supplier no. Or customer no. Is assigned if "Customer Supplier" contains C and or S.
The following apply:
if C and not S but the contact was supplier then the supplier is deactivated
if occupied with X (or neither C nor S) then both are deactivated
if empty, nothing is changed (as if the "Customer Supplier" field is not in the import).

You should download the spreadsheet as a TSV file. In the Google spreadsheet this is possible via the menu "File \ Download as \ Tabulator separated values (.tsv, ...". Please note that for the import fields either "," or ";" or "Tab" should be separated. Depending on the variant, appropriate disconnectors may not be used in the field.
TIP: First fill the TSV file with a few addresses and check the file for umlauts. Later you can read up to 10,000 addresses in one job.
When loading you can deposit a "job". This job name is assigned as a group to the contact. This allows you to filter imported contacts from all contacts.
The import is repeatable via the "Number" (updates to contacts). You can also reduce import, e.g. on "E-Mail, Group" to assign persons to a newsletter. If there is no "Number" then the content from "NumberCustomer" then "NumberSuplier" then "Email" will be used for an update.
Groups are supplemented and not overwritten (column title "Group".) To override multiple values with; To override existing group assignments, the column title "GroupRemove" will replace the groups.

If the value "Form" is filled, it is checked during the import or during the update whether a form has already been started in the context of the contact.
If not, the form is started and follows the rules of the workflow.
In addition, you can specify the start work step and also generate forms if one already exists. In the column first the form, then the work step and then an F by | deposited separately.
Example: Lead | stepL1 | F -> the form Lead is created and started with the step step1. The F ensures that this process is also created if there is already such a process for the contact.
$F29, $F30 or all "$F ..." fields are the assignment of your extra fields in the contact. You can set these up via a BPM form and read off corresponding fields there.
