Clicking on the symbol or double-clicking on the line opens the process in the preview window.
The activities give you a quick insight into the conversation history "history" to contact.
If a customer calls, you are always in the position to provide information about the state of affairs. The overview shows the last and all open processes.
When you move your mouse over the icons, you will see additional details. Then you see, for example who currently processes the process.
Click one of the icons if you are in charge and the process will be opened directly for editing by you as ToDo.

The history shows all processes sorted by the creation date. It may be that a process is prioritized and although this older date is above. So you see an important, active lead, contracts or open invoices in the first line. Then follow more entries.
The process "idea" in line 2 from 16.03.18 shows before the Uhzeit nor the symbol "filing to the process". There you will find more processes that were added to the idea.

In a file with many entries and also subordinate processes, the view ToDo shows you all processes in progress.

The further views then show the processes filtered according to commercial requirements. This is e.g. the bill of origin book for contact.
