Load PDF template
With the appropriate word processor, you can adapt the layout to the "corporate design" accordingly.
In the "Layout template" you can upload the designed PDF template. Formatting allows you to position the output of data in detail (margins, etc.). When you create offers, etc., the layout is used as paper and the PDF is then supplemented with the data from the offer.
If you use a printer and already printed business paper is deposited, you can also omit the layout. If you always print with layout then you can also disable the dialog to the layout by deactivating "Print without template".
Swap PDF template
If you already have a template, you have to remove it first.
