As in the overview and the organizational structure, a contact can get a contact person. A contact person is then listed under the contact. If you now change data in higher-level contact, these changes will be passed on "inherited".
"inherit" in the contact properties inherits the address from the parent contact. If this is active, the company name can only be changed in the parent contact (the "inheriting" fields are inactive) "inheriting to the contact group accepts the contact group.
At the top right there are checkboxes in contact. There you activate the contact properties. Is it e.g. a customer thus opens an additional tab with properties for a customer. "inherit" accepts the input from the parent contact
At the address you add contact groups and partners
Via + you can create more lines to mail, phone, etc. There is no limit. The first telephone number and e-mail is preferred (under the customer tab you can override the e-mail for commercial transactions with a different recipient).
If you mark the contact as a friend, the salutations will be personalized.
The language is used for the newsletter and for commercial transactions in order to control texts in the corresponding national language.
Under your contact you can enter his birthday. On the respective day, this contact then also appears in the contact list under Favorites.
In addition to a profile you can also deposit a matchcode. In addition, there is a status for the trade lock and a list of status information that is also displayed when displaying the customer name.
To the customer you activate further details like
Customer No., Supplier No. at the customer,
a different invoice recipient,
Terms of delivery and payment deviate from the standard,
whether SEPA direct debit can be carried out (With the SEPA direct debit you can collect the invoice amounts due in Germany and other SEPA participating states - provided you have a SEPA direct debit mandate of the debtor),
whether the customer prefers collective invoices,
whether the customer participates in the dunning procedure,
the VAT ID no. of the customer
You can enable discounts on product groups to the customer. This discount is taken into account from the offer to the invoice.
The behavior of these fields is also controlled by your workflow. So you can, for example, Activate special number ranges or start processes as soon as a contact is activated as a customer. This is also interesting in the context of the DSGVO, since you can inform your customers automatically about order data processing.

Using the contact groups and the contact properties, your workflow administrator can activate additional tabs with input screens. Then you can deposit further information in the contact.
Delete contacts closes the mask and deletes the current contact with confirmation if no events have been stored for this contact.
Access right shows owner, editor, reader
Change history shows the changes made to the contact. Changed telephone numbers, deleted e-mail addresses, etc. The tooltip shows the old value including the modification date and the author of the corresponding change for the new value.
