Your client has an inbox for unsubscribing via the process "unsubscribe via email".
For this, the contact who no longer wants to be contacted sends an e-mail to the addressmXXX.uXXX.tXXX.sdounsubscribe@brandsmill-service.appspotmail.com
You deposit this address as mailto: Link, e.g. in the signature or in the form letter to the word unsubscribe with the URL:"mailto:mXXX.uXXX.tXXX.sdounsubscribe@brandsmill-service.appspotmail.com".
This address needs three changes (each swap the XXX):
m stands for client and the XXX are to be replaced with client no.
u stands for the user (administrator) who is responsible for this link and the XXX are to be replaced by his user ID.
t stands for the e-mail token of the user (administrator) and the XXX are to be replaced by its e-mail token. If the token is changed, deactivation via this e-mail is no longer possible.
s stands for the first step. This is the first step to the "Unsubscribe via email" process and is "dounsubscribe". This could be changed and then trigger any other tasks via e-mail to "@ brandsmill-service.appspotmail.com".
The mail-in checks the client, the token and if this will match the sender e-mail the contact wanted. The e-mail is assigned to the respective contact and the process step "dounsubscribe" is triggered. In the step, the contact group "unsubscribed" is stored for the contact. The e-mail is set to "archive" and remains in the contact history.
