The project structure plan leads all tasks to a project
All tasks are included in work packages. These are distributed to resources with deadlines and budget data. From the team deployment planning, this work is loaded by the team leader or delegated to employees for processing.
The goal is to plan the overall timetable in subtasks and to distribute the budget frame for processing in a controllable way. If a work package processed in a team does not meet the deadline or budget frame, we can see this directly.
