The salutations for business letters control the salutation depending on the assignment of Mr., Mrs. etc. in contact. In contact there is also a checkbox "friend" so the salutation is set to a "Moin".

For multiple activated currencies you can go to the event e.g. to offer an offer in a foreign currency.
If you work with foreign currencies, you define additional currencies for the local currency. The local currency is your default currency. All foreign currencies are led by the service at an exchange rate to the local currency. The courses are saved at the time of the creation of a transaction. The corresponding courses are then printed on the vouchers. All data is statistically recorded in the local currency. Differences from exchange rate fluctuations lead to possible deviations in the result. Note that the exchange rates are provided through a web service and may need to be corrected manually, even if updated.
The tax area sets you over the plus on the top right.
If you are exempt from VAT, you simply set the first set to 0%. Then in the texts for transactions such as the bill pay attention to the footer "According to § 19 UStG the invoice amount does not include VAT.")
Customers and transactions are assigned to tax areas. Depending on the area, corresponding values are used for the tax rates, e.g. to invoice one bill in Germany and another in Switzerland.

Keep in mind that the images stored on products are in Google Drive and it requires a web sharing to make the images public. NOTE: The webshop is more of an unfinished product idea.
