You can start operations via "+New". After you have saved a process, it will be shown as a draft in your "ToDo" view. The process is also already visible in the course of the conversation (activities) for contact (should this be deposited for contact).

ToDo opens your tasks
by receipt "received" (the date of delivery to you), further
by maturity "due"(the time at which the process should be done) and
inspection of currently not required processes waits in the "resubmission". The resubmission is checked every morning at 3 o'clock and all who have their date for the respective day will be presented again in the entrance.
If you are responsible for operations, you If you have passed a task on to a team then you will find it in the ToDo via "delegated" tasks. In contrast to the internal e-mail, you can see if anything is left unfinished.
You can also help your colleague if you have appropriate permissions and open the ToDo. To do this, click on "switch to Team ToDo".
"done"
If you have "done" working on a process, it is stored in the Contact History or the parent process.
If the expiration rule allows, the process ends up with "done" depending on the workflow rule in the "ToDo" of your team.
The master data entry for contacts, products, ... is saved and closed at the same time.
