Configuration Guide: Shipment Tracking for Partners
First, you need the base link of the web form.
In your BPM system, navigate to the "Shipment Tracking" form.
In the corresponding row, click on the "Web form" link on the right.
The form will open in a new window. The URL in the address bar is the public link.
Example (Public Link): https://www.brandsmill.de/#webform?m=1392&id=5706884374069248
For partner use, the public link must be supplemented with a "Secure Token" to secure access.
Find the token: You can find the required token in your company profile under the "Access Rights" tab. Look for the WEB API "Secure Token Webform" field and copy the value.
Update the link: Add the copied token to the URL as the parameter &st=YOUR_TOKEN.
Example (Secured Link): If your token is SichEReS-ToKEn-123, the link will look like this:
https://www.brandsmill.de/#webform?m=1392&st=SichEReS-ToKEn-123&id=5706884374069248
Note: Only this secured link will work for the partner query.
So that a partner (on whose behalf you are shipping) can log in, they require the following three pieces of information from you:
The secured link (which you created in Step 2)
Their supplier number (the number they are listed under in your system)
The password generated for them from the Contact Tab: Service Field: access token. (If no access token is stored, create a service ticket for the supplier. This will generate the token.)
