Always in a good mood and everything is easy, that's the lucky one. Happiness runs like a common thread through his existence. The common thread is something that keeps coming back. So you should take the chance to maintain your valuable network. This leitmotif "a typical specialty" runs through all processes in brand's mill and helps you to follow the common thread together. Everything needs to be planned: when is a newsletter active, when is a personal call due? At what time is the content suitable for whom? brand's mill allows the event-controlled start of the newsletter. This could be a website request, a follow up on a personal conversation from the lead resubmission or at some point in the course of customer care.
Day one of the website inquiry starts a lead and the first message informs about your offer
Day two: this is followed by lead processing by sales (... personal call)
... Then the order came and everything is delivered (don't give up already)
after 3 days and always only on a Friday 'the customer has the best time before the weekend', another message asks whether everything was handled satisfactorily.
In the event of a negative answer (this can also be collected directly from brand's mill using an evaluation web form), a personal conversation with technical sales follows (informed by the workflow).
If the answer is positive, you will send a message after 5 minutes asking to leave a nice review about your company on Google (direct link to the 'call-to-action')
(This is a common thread and shows that there are still many events that can be automated -> e.g. sending a gummy bear bag if something broke, etc.)
... The product sold has been in use for 2 years: time for a recommendation.
The newsletter is just a moment of prepared activities. Start designing your 'common thread' including all activities triggered by brand's mill now.
