A process is a form for transporting work content (note, lead, offer, invoice, ...). When you open an event, it is reserved and automatically leaves the ToDo lists of all other recipients. This avoids duplication of work.
The task or form is assigned to a rule. Depending on the progress, fields are offered and, if necessary, mandatory fields.
The processing always takes place via the same actions from the toolbar to the process.
When you open an action, it appears as a new tab next to the ToDo tabs (here, the blue box - the icon for an offer).
The process without saving and leave without asking questions about the "door". The reservation will be canceled.
You save the current data via the "floppy disk". Save only saves the process in your ToDo. An opened resubmission is then changed to the current date and remains in the ToDo under "received".
The "done" is different depending on the 'workflow' rules. Mandatory fields are checked in the workflow and, if necessary, various follow-up activities are offered for selection. Follow-up activities are queued by the Workflow Engine.
The key combination "CTRL S" corresponds to the click on done.
In commercial transactions (offer, order, invoice ...) you can view the document as it would be sent via the PDF icon and also print or download to your computer.
You can add one more under one process. This action also appears otherwise in the navigation in the appropriate context. This arrangement creates filing structures.
forward
Regardless of workflow rules, you can forward a task. To one or more employees with a note and an appointment.
With the resubmission you can have a process sent again to your task list, independent of the workflow regulation.
how to
Since work processes are individually designed in the team, individual documentation is provided here as a "workflow 'how to'". This is a Google document in which everyone can change something directly. Hints but also suggestions for improvement are also deposited by you here.
Menu

Reassign contact - this allows you to assign an offer to another recipient.
Remove contact
Move to action - this allows you to put a newsletter in a folder or move.
Remove from operation
If the opened process is stored in context under (to) another, you can open parent process.
In the filing to the activity you find all further procedures deposited for the procedure. If this process has no further documents, but is subordinate to one, the file is shown starting from the higher-level process. Then the active process appears in the overview.
Top right in the process you can deposit under "tag" freely selectable keywords, which makes the search easier for all.
Next to it is the process owner.
Open in a separate tab starts the Google document (text, table, ...) in a new tab. So you have more space to read and edit. In addition, you can then deposit a bookmark on the document in the browser.
Close process with question if changes should be saved.
If you confirm with Yes, the lock will not be released and the changes will be saved. The overview will then show the red lock. An opened resubmission will not be returned to the resubmission.
If you answer no, it is like leaving on the "door".
