A work package can be defined individually or in context to predecessors.
For assignment of employees, the work package is a position with the unit "hrs."
These lessons can be distributed to one or more project members
The work package must be completed within the time frame. This time frame depends on the overall project and must comply with the time frame.
The work package consumes a share of the total budget in hours. So working hours can not exceed the budget.
Distribution of hours in the cost block
A cost block consists of a collection of subordinate work packages. The collection position for the subordinate work packages is e.g. in "piece" specified. This unit will take one time per "piece." deposited. So the budget results from "piece" multiplied by "hours per unit".
On the subordinate work packages the working time can be distributed on a percentage basis.
Budget distribution to the work package
A work package can be delegated to one or more persons. Persons and organizational units are available for selection. Persons are only offered for selection if you are the team leader of the respective organizational unit. You can direct a work package to the team manager. This can then load the task in the team.
The team manager of an organizational unit plans the task distribution for his team members from the overview "Team Mission Planning". Here, the specifications of the project manager (start and end as well as the hourly budget) apply. When selecting, all occupied times are calculated at the default time. This results in the net availability of the respective employee.
